By accessing and using Visual Wizard, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Visual Wizard is a visual web builder that allows users to design interfaces and export production-ready React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS code. The service is currently in beta.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us of any unauthorized use

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content and designs you create using Visual Wizard. The exported code is yours to use without restrictions. Visual Wizard and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Visual Wizard and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Beta Service

Visual Wizard is currently in beta. The service is provided "as is" and may contain bugs or errors. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all features will work as expected. Beta features may change or be removed without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Visual Wizard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
