Terms of Use
These terms set the rules for using the Visual Wizard beta, including projects, connected agents, generated code, and external services.
Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using Visual Wizard, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and meet the minimum age required where you live.
The beta service
Visual Wizard provides a canvas for working interfaces, prototypes, and connected applications. Design Frames contain editable source; Web Frames display running applications. Visual experiments in a Web Frame do not automatically become repository changes. You decide when to ask a connected agent to apply them and are responsible for reviewing the result. The service is in beta: features, limits, integrations, storage formats, and availability may change. Keep independent copies of important work.
Your account
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding authentication methods and agent credentials, and all activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly through the official support channel if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not share access in a way that bypasses product limits or security controls.
Your projects and intellectual property
You retain your rights in the source, designs, assets, prompts, and other content you submit. You grant Visual Wizard a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, and transmit it as needed to operate the features you use and provide support and security. This does not transfer ownership of your project to us. You must have permission to use uploaded content and any application you connect. Rights in third-party assets, libraries, and generated output remain subject to applicable licenses and law.
Agents and generated output
Agent suggestions and generated code can be incomplete, insecure, inaccurate, or subject to third-party rights. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, licensing, and approving changes before using or publishing them. Connected agents and model providers are third-party services; their availability, data practices, output, and separate terms are outside our control.
Privacy and usage information
Our Privacy Policy explains account and project processing, AI providers, cookies, analytics, and session replay. Agreeing to these terms does not replace any separate consent required for optional tracking. Avoid placing passwords, API keys, or information you are not authorized to share in prompts, project content, or public support messages.
Acceptable use
You may not use Visual Wizard to violate law or another person’s rights; distribute malware; obtain unauthorized access; probe or bypass security controls; interfere with other users; scrape or overload the service; impersonate others; generate abusive or illegal content; or resell access without written permission. We may investigate suspected misuse and restrict access when reasonably necessary.
Plans, credits, and limits
Visual Wizard is currently offered as a free beta, subject to the usage and AI-credit limits shown in the product. Free access does not mean unlimited use or permanent availability. Any future paid offering must show its price and billing conditions before you choose to purchase; free beta use alone does not authorize a charge. Services you connect may have separate fees under your agreement with their provider.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, security risk, unlawful use, non-payment, or conduct that threatens users or infrastructure. Where practical, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to export project content, except when law, security, or abuse prevention requires immediate action.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the beta is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every application, or error-free output. Test code, review agent changes, and back up important work before deployment. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or limits responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product and legal requirements change. We will revise the date on this page and provide additional notice for material changes when appropriate. Continued use after revised terms take effect means you accept them. Questions can be sent through the official Visual Wizard support channel.
