Terms of Use
These terms set the rules for using the Visual Wizard beta, including projects, connected agents, generated code, and external services.
Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using Visual Wizard, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and meet the minimum age required where you live.
The beta service
Visual Wizard is a visual development environment for designing and editing working interface prototypes. The service is in beta: features, limits, integrations, storage formats, and availability may change. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue beta functionality as we improve the product or protect the service.
Your account
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding authentication methods and agent credentials, and all activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly through the official support channel if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not share access in a way that bypasses product limits or security controls.
Your projects and intellectual property
You retain ownership of the source, designs, assets, prompts, and other content you submit. You grant Visual Wizard a limited right to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. You are responsible for having the rights required to upload, edit, generate, and publish your content.
Agents and generated output
Agent suggestions and generated code can be incomplete, insecure, inaccurate, or subject to third-party rights. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, licensing, and approving changes before using or publishing them. Connected agents and model providers are third-party services; their availability, data practices, output, and separate terms are outside our control.
Acceptable use
You may not use Visual Wizard to violate law or another person’s rights; distribute malware; obtain unauthorized access; probe or bypass security controls; interfere with other users; scrape or overload the service; impersonate others; generate abusive or illegal content; or resell access without written permission. We may investigate suspected misuse and restrict access when reasonably necessary.
Plans, credits, and limits
The service may offer free beta access, usage credits, or paid plans. Current limits and included features are shown in the product or pricing page. Future paid features will disclose their price and billing terms before purchase. Taxes, provider charges, and costs from external tools are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, security risk, unlawful use, non-payment, or conduct that threatens users or infrastructure. Where practical, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to export project content, except when law, security, or abuse prevention requires immediate action.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the beta is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free output. Visual Wizard is not responsible for decisions made from generated output, third-party services, or loss caused by failing to keep an independent copy of important source. Our liability will not be excluded where applicable law does not allow exclusion.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product and legal requirements change. We will revise the date on this page and provide additional notice for material changes when appropriate. Continued use after revised terms take effect means you accept them. Questions can be sent through the official Visual Wizard support channel.
