1. Beta & Subscription Services

1. Visual Wizard is currently in beta. We have introduced paid subscription plans to support our development. This refund policy is active and applies to all purchases made during and after the beta period.

2. Subscription Refunds

When paid plans are introduced, the following refund policy will apply:

  • Full refund within 7 days of initial purchase if you're not satisfied
  • No refund after 7 days for monthly subscriptions
  • Pro-rated refund for annual subscriptions cancelled within 30 days
  • No refund for partial months of service

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Include your account email and reason for refund
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions cancelled after the 7-day refund window
  • Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
  • Promotional or discounted purchases (unless otherwise stated)

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Your projects and data will remain accessible, but you will be limited to free plan features after the subscription ends.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or through the service. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
